I used to try and learn something anatomy related by reading blogs, articles and books but often I couldn’t retain the information or understand it. I decided to do one of Celest’s trainings and immediately started to understand complex concepts. It helped me to feel fully equipped and this new learning easily became implemented in my teaching, which really helped my students understand their bodies and increase their knowledge and awareness
