When you first came to yoga it was all about getting your fingers to your toes. Maybe that's happened, maybe not. It doesn't really matter unless you have an equal measure of flexibility and mobility. What’s the difference? Why do you need both? This workshop takes you down the science of what is happening under your skin when you work on lengthening your tissues.

14:30-17:00 Masterclass: The Spine

When you think of your spine, what comes to mind? Is there a fluidity in the connections? Or is it just one huge, unimaginable structure? How can you get the most out of your spine? In this long flow, we will work with the spine and all movements available to it. We will uncover how it's stability is activated, as well as how to free up the parts of it that are stuck. The sequence will educate you on the anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of your incredible spine, whilst moving in a never-ending dance to your breath.

11:00-13:30 Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable.

Is Yoga your 'thing'? Is Yoga on its own enough? This workshop is an intense exploration of what elements of your physical practice yoga is missing out on, and the consequences thereof. It's a long flow that pushes you to explore your body like never before. In addition, we will focus on the mind and power of the human spirit. How to tap into this and use it in your life. It’s hard work, but huge fun!

In this workshop, we bend carefully and methodically to prepare us for the variety yoga offers. We discuss biomechanics and healthy range, and we explore ways to make the body open more than just the heart.

14:00- 16:30 Flow Therapy

Dive into biomechanics using a mall intense movements, designed to make your body work the areas yoga neglects. A great practice to educate on anatomy that needs attention, empowering you to heal and prevent injuries.
