Get Comfortable with the Uncomfortable

To learn anything new and achieve anything of worth, we need to step out of our comfort zone. This workshop enables you to do just that. It asks you to mentally and physically step outside of the traditional aspects of the practice in a deep meditation and movement flow. The workshop begins with an inspiring story, journeys through your mind and body and ends with your story and where you would like to take your new found courage.

Yoga Hip-Stars

Yoga as a tradition is obsessed with opening the hips and increasing their bendiness into external rotation. This workshop explores the biomechanics of the hip joint and the surrounding muscles and questions if the tradition of yoga is supporting the long term health of this joint. It will also discuss common related injuries, as well as how to prevent and rehab these. Although this workshop is brainy, it's also fun and packed full of cool drills to get your hips healthy and strong for years to come.

Flow Therapy

How do you stretch your nerves? What's the most important group of muscles in the body? How can you prevent knee pain? What part of your spine is responsible for rotation? These and many more questions will be answered during this Flow Therapy Workshop. This is a deep, slow practice that's bursting with bite-size, educational segments of information. Each designed to help you gain a clearer understanding of your magnificent body and how to get the most from it. Bring a small note book and pen!

Back to School - The Spine Master Class

This workshop begins with a lecture and Q&A about the spine. We cover information about optimal posture, movement preferences of the various sections of the spine and how this relates to everyday functional tasks, as well as your yoga practice. We then get extra sweaty and disgusting together by flowing through a Master Class. Although this is an advanced practice, everything can be adapted to any level.

Do you struggle to hold a handstand? If yes, then you're in good company. So did I! For years I flung myself against a wall in the hope that one would stick and I'd balance like a pro. That day just never came. After many years, finally I decided to change my strategy and go and learn from the best arm balancer in the UK. My mind was blown, and in a short while I was balancing on my hands with ease. This workshop shares everything that helped turn me from frustrated faller to chilled balancer. I'd love to show you what you need to do, to get the same result.
